We came together to be together #Married

Hi this is our story: Orlando and Barbara.

We met online on May 19, 2025. We were both in a doctor's waiting room...3,100 miles away from each other. (Oregon and New Hampshire)

I initiated the contact. She responded. She responded because I did not text, as many others had done, "Hey good looking, let's get together! We texted throughout the day. It was super!

On May 24th she said let's talk face to face. And so I downloaded "Meet" and in the early afternoon that day we opened up the live video, and there she was. We were delighted and so happy!!!! Well, four hours later we had to sign off, yes four hours of wonderful conversation. That week we spoke for 63 hours. What a wonderful time it was!!!

She printed the 3 pages of text of that first day, May 19. We have read it over and over again. How special it is! So we spoke every day for 4 hours! Ye true! After 4 weeks of talking and sharing many, hmany things I flew from Boston to Portland.

She came two hours early to the airport. Yes!! She wasn't very excited, ha! I walked a long way to baggage claim, and there she was!! It was her, amazing, and wonderful to say the very least!!!!

The rest of the story is romantic and near perfect. We planned the wedding for January 2026. I made a large chart to count the days. We marked off each day with great anticipation. We thought that the day would never come! But it did, The glory!!!

Both famiies attended. My little granddaughter and grandson were the flower girl and ring bearer.
They were wonderful!

The wedding was a huge blessing. And now we are together. Our motto, "We came together, to be together."
