78, Woman | United States, New York, New York, undisclosed

A long stroll in Central Park. Mainly talking and seeing if there is any chemistry, observing each other's body language. I know the word "authentic" is overused. But that's what I'll be looking for. Is this guy the real deal? Does he really care if I don't like hiking or camping, or is he faking it? (I've seen it all.). So, I hope you're up for it. No pressure!

Let's have a conversation and see if we can connect. As Covid allows, meet to do something agreeable, a walk, listen to live music, movie, breakfast, lunch or dinner! As long as a good laugh is part of being together.

Attend a fair, watch street musicians, window shop, go to a boat show, bike ride, anything that gives us a chance to experience time together and talk. The goal is to get to know each other so lets do that first.

Someplace where we could talk and enjoy the time together. Could end up dining together or visiting a museum or something like that. Just anyplace where we can interact and get to know each other.

72, Woman | Buffalo, NY

It's finally not snowing or raining in Buffalo, New York. Getting outside and taking part in the many activities the area has to offer is ideal right now. A great first date would be to get outside and enjoying one of these activities.

74, Woman | South Africa

How about we write to each other and phone to start off the getting to know each other phase - we'll work out the meeting venue along the way.
How about a cup of coffee and then either find a bookstore, a museum, a library or anything else to explore together. Then a couple hours being volunteers at something worthwhile and interesting to both of us. I feel that these are things that would make us stretch a little bit, take our minds off trying to impress each other, and would give us maybe an afternoon to see if we enjoyed spending time together.
This is something that can only be worked out after some conversation. The best fun date idea in my opinion is the one that just happens.
Lunch or coffee is fine..... but a walk on a beach, poking through a flea market, or wandering a small town main street and stopping for a bite would be my idea of perfect.....
I think to start a nice lunch and good conversation then take a walk in a park or something like that to get to know one another a little more
